[LLE] Anzeige zeigt Ziele über Kopf an, 15 Jul. 2012 11:22

Hallöle,
vielleicht kennt sich ja jemand aus...
Ich habe eine Anzeige mit 802/24-Rechner zum Test mit Eproms bestückt, welche normal in einem 802/15-Rechner eingebaut sind. Die Anzeige zeigt die Ziele aber nur über Kopf an.
Die Lawo-Dokumentationen haben mir leider nicht weiter geholfen.
Da es sich um eine Frontanzeige handelt (16 x 126 px; Adr. 1) gibts auch eine Erweiterungskarte, die scheint an sich zu funktionieren, aber egal welche Eproms ich bestücke, sie benutzt die letzte Matrixplatine nicht. 
Ideen nach vorn!

Hallo,
also... es gibt tatsächlich Anzeigen, die haben die Dot-Platinen verkehrt herum eingebaut, damit die besser ins Gehäsue passen... oder so....
Wie willst Du die Anzeige ansteuern? Mit TEDplus editierte Zieltexte? Dann hast Du sicherlich eine CUSTOM.CFG und dort gibt es Treibertabellen (RawTable und ColumnTable). Die musst Du einfach verkehrt herum eintragen. Wichtig ist auch, dass die Columntable zur 16x140 passt.
Wie sind die DOT-Platinen aneinander angeschlossen und welche davon sind wie an der EWK (Erweiterungskarte) angeschlossen? Wie nun die Platinen verdrahtet und angeschlossen sind, spielt dann auch eine Rolle, ob es ausreicht, einfach die Tabellen in der CUSTOM.CFG auf den Kopf zu stellen oder ob man da eine spezielle Treibertabelle dazu benötigt.

LinienFont = 10 ;Font mu� mit Font-Anweisung (s.o.) geladen werden => Font for the Line-Number, this Font you have load at beginning of the custom
LinienXStart1 = 3 ;alles auch einzeln einstellbar => Start the Line-Number 1-9 three pix after "sign-start"
LinienXStart2 = 2
LinienXStart3 = 1
LinienXStart4 = 1
LinienSpace2 = 2 => spacing between the LineNumber 10-99 two pixel
LinienSpace3 = 1
LinienSpace4 = 1 => spacing between the Line-Number 1111-9999 one pixel

Es gibt Matrixplatinen die einen anders programmierten Matrix-Treiber haben (das ist dieser FP2800), die sind aber eher selten. Die Darstellung wird dann über die Custom (mit Row und Column) geregelt.
Das Problem hat sich zwischenzeitlich auch gelöst.

Hello Josefien,
I‘m THE guy from LAWO who makes the custom.cfg for the customers. If it‘s possible to upload text files here, maybe I will give you a collection of all row- and columntables.
It is important that the resolution of the sign fits the row- and columntable, but only when you‘re using flipdot sign. If you are glad to have a LCD, LED or XY10-Flipdot, than you don‘t need to care about the tables.
There are a lot of parameters in this file, it would be too much to explain them all. A lot of them I don‘t care about and are not often in use. If you want to know something special, let me know.

Nein, es gibt keinen speziellen FP2800. Die Aufkopfdarstellung wird einzig und allein über die Row- und Columntable geregelt.

Hallo Ralph,
Aber wieso wird das "über Kopf" dann nur auf den originalen Anzeigen richtig dargestellt, auf allen anderen "über Kopf" ? Und wieso werden die normalen Zieltexte (nicht "über Kopf" programmiert) auf der Anzeige "über Kopf" dargestellt? Muss ja also doch einen Unterschied zwischen den FP2800 geben - oder gabs verschiedene Platinenlayouts bei den alten?
Falschrum eingebaut sind die Platinen nicht...

Ok, that‘s really something special....
On the first connector you have connected the 7x84 - that‘s wrong, you should connect them to the other slot.
This is really a very special case, there is no customized column table for that. but you can use the columntable "7/13/15/16 x 224" - nearly on the end of the file. The row tables are looking fine.
The reason why:
Every connector of the extemsion board will control 4 board with each 28 columns (2x 4x 28 = 224 columns). On the first connector you put in the single board 16x28, on the second connector you put in the 7x84.
If you imagine the column table of 224 colums, than:
The 16x28 will use the columns 84-111. The columns 0-83 are not in use (the boards aren‘t existing)
The 7x84 will use the columns 140-223. The columns 112-139 are not in use (the board isn‘t existing)
If you (or someone else) will use a single 13x28 board instead of 16x28, this board will use the columns 0-27.
I hope it‘s working, because I never done this before. But I‘m 95% sure that it will do...

My answer is regarding to your request from 22:56.
The new custom.cfg you created is for another special case. In the past they tried to keep money and connected the rear sign via the extension board (EWK) with the side sign. So they didn‘t need a 802/24 in the rear sign, but a very long flat wire... and this was often damaged in the course of time.

OK... I see. What I have written will work when you have an extension board with 2x 50 pin connecter. There is a adapter flat wire from 34 to 50 pin, with that you can connect the 7x84 to an 50 pin connecter.
I really didn‘t know that there is an extension board with a 50 pin and a 34 pin connector.
You have to wait until next week when I‘m back in the office. I hope that I will find any information about that sign... and if not to have any other idea.

I didn‘t find any information about these old signs. I‘m sure that they were edited with TED800.
But I found the solution. I tried it with an E300702 (Mono-Master), but this is not working 100%. With a JE03901 (SICMA) all is working fine. I don‘t have to time to burn an EPROM to test the software with E300101 (802/15), so I hope it will working with that sign controller, too. If not, there‘s no other solution as using the JE03901.
I added "your" column table to the TAB.CFG, it is the last on in that file (see link above).
For F1 use 16x28 with the row table for 16 dots. For F2 use 7x84 with the row table for 7x13x14x15 dots.

Hallo zusammen,
kann es sein, dass "falschrum" relativ ist? Ich hab hier grad die Konstellation, dass die Platinen vom Layout her halt mal die Verkablung oben oder unten haben.
Das kann dann "gefühlt" schon zu über-Kopf-schreiben führen ohne dass es so ist. Beispiel: die im Bild angefügte Konfiguration. Die schwarzen Platinen sind "oben" verkabelt, die grüne hat die Stecker unten. Drehe ich die grüne um, so dass die Stecker oben sind, gibt es Salat - die grüne Platte zeigt über Kopf das gleiche wie die linke schwarze. Schliesse ich sie so an wie hier zu sehen, tut alles.

that must have another reason... I believe that our server is down. I was out of office for an IT training the last two days. Since this morning I‘m not able to connect to our exchange-server for outside to read my emails. I heard that we change the internet service provider, but I‘m not sure.
You should try it again next week. If there is another problem, I will give you an information next week when I‘m back in the office.
